Just lying about being alone and no ID for someone in the cab, I say jail them all and throw away the key.
Dearborn, MI? Interrogate them, then toss the key. No excuses. There is no excuse after all we've been thru, for ANYONE in this country to lie while entering a port unless the reason is nefarious. Assume it and send them to jail.
