I suspect I know some of his engineers working on this and they used to work on DC-X and Rotary Rocket. Now I know why I haven't heard much from Gary Hudson recently - he's been busy.

Same problems. How they gonna get single-stage-to-orbit with H2/O2? Insufficient Isp.
