They've been accused of rape, the most heinous crime possible. The damage to their reputation by such a charge is infinitely worse than being accused of watching strippers and drinking beer. This is classic moral equivalence thinking, the kind I'd expect from DU. Do you not understand this or do you get your jollies showing your moral superiority?

At least one of the boys charged, has significant evidence (ATM video, access card swipes, etc.) that he wasn't present for pretty much the whole event, once the strippers arrived.
But you appear to be spending too much time being sactimonious, to take the time to understand that.
