My hubby would like for me to have a "self-imposed news blackout". He thinks it's bad to watch it all day long. He says it keeps me stirred up! You know. . . he may be right!
I always take a day or so here and there and I simply scan headlines -- no actual reading of reports, posts or articles. I find it helpful to me when I need peace and balancing.
