I saw the whole thing on the CSPAN website, but that was a couple of hours ago.
MY laptop won't allow it to pop up. No idea why.
I clicked on WATCH next to President Bush's photo and nothing happens.
I missed the first half hour of the service & hoped to view a replay on cspan.
Dumbstruck as to why cox cable has removed cspan.
