That's rationalizing at best, sophistry at worst.

Set up the rules, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I dismiss that argument, totally, as fraudulent.

In a place where land is expensive, that's an incentive for apartments, condos, and townhouses, not little dinky houses.
