yes, that would be a good start, LOL...no smoking allowed at my daughter's so I should go live there for a couple of weeks to kick it..can't do such a thing, but it would be one way (I have my mother to care for...)and when at my daughter's babysitting I only smoked outside, like one or two smokes in 5 or more hours, so I think the patch might work!
