They're drunk. VP Cheney and MIKE Ford, not Steve, weren't at odds over it. VP Cheney escorted her up to a certain point, then MIKE (the eldest...Steve is the youngest son), took her right up to the casket. That was a family moment, it was so personal as she bowed her head over the casket. I think Cheney and Mike just had an awkward moment on the exchange, if you ask me.
I thought it was Mike, too - but someone else said Steve, so I just "went with it," lol. Told y'all I get 'em mixed up.
Yeah, it was just a very slight bobble - Steve the actor would've had his cues down better and entered stage left on time, lol.
