WHY WOULD YOU FILM THIS ON A CAMERA PHONE OR WHATEVER THE CRAP IT WAS THAT PRODUCED THAT HORRIBLE VIDEO?
That is ridiculously poor quality, and it could easily BE ARGUED that it is fake (not that I think it is) by the powers-that-be. The video does not even really show him dangling at the end of the rope.
What possible motive would the US and the Iraqi governments have in faking his execution?
