The local anchor said that "they" would provide full coverage on that station, including any violence that breaks out in Iraq as a result.

To me that was an odd stance for a reporter to take. Perhaps there will be mass celebrations in Iraq.

Mass celebrations don't fit into the MSN agenda. They only want to show the violent actions of their terrorist heroes to show what a nice president Saddam was.

If one of the "news" reporters mentions the celebrations, the others will too just to not get scooped so bad.

PS odd stances are the norm for the MSM! LOL

I think there will be Sunni violence. Then Shia retaliation. It goes with the territory. They probably have some big bomb cooked up to "mourn" papa SoDamned Insane.

"might this incident have been caused by circumstances/conditions (perhaps which arose suddenly) that the Captain could not have foreseen? Might these deaths have happened in spite of all safety procedures having been observed?"

It is a moral certainty that there are men locked and loaded, just waiting for the news to surge into the streets and try to create chaos. How many, I have no idea, but they're probably streaming in from Syria, Iran, and Pakistan.

One can only hope that the security forces will be poised to shoot them as they slime out from under their rocks.
