Is it the parade grounds?

The execution site? The parade grounds are inside the Green Zone. The execution was outside in the red zone.

I just looked at the picture again. I think that's a prison (can't think of the name of it) that our company actually did some renovations on in the late summer/early fall.

But the picture isn't very clear, so I'm not too sure.
