We are to pray for our enimies......but it won't change the fact that most of us assume he is rotting in hell for all eternity now. All those that he killed - I hope they are watching and knowing justice was finally done.
We are to pray for their salvation and repentance. Not for them to dominate and control us. It is proper to pray that they are confounded and confused, so that they do not bring harm and evil to their own people or to us.
