From what I have read, just logging on, the "Butcher of Baghdad" is done sunrise Baghdad time, 10:00PM Western time, unless some goofy decision is made somewhere by a liberal in some position of authority. I would not be surprised. Must be sobering to be facing the repercussions of his crimes against humanity, not the least the unleashing of his two rabid attack dog sons on pre-George W. Bush Iraq. What a testament to the lowest common denominator in the human existence.
