From personal experience it is the Japaneese that are most hatedin the east. Due to their past behaviors.
Currently though the Chineese are getting quite pushy.
Historically it was the Chinese who immigrated throughout the east and then out-performed the native populations. Pogroms are routine there whenever the political leaders need a boost.
