The FA claims that she was dragged to the bathroom and held down by the three when the assault occurred- that is would the kidnapping. It doesn't matter that you come to the home voluntarily, if you was held in a room and kept from leaving by someone that is kidnapping.
Of course, if she can't even say that there was a rape how can she say that she definately knows that these three players kidnapped and assaulted her? Or that she was assaulted at all?
