The 3 players should file charges against Nifong. And I think Duke University is not exactly innocent here either. Duke hung those players out to dry.

Damn right. Duke U. was disgusting in their rush to judge these guys, they pressured the coach to resign, and allowed violent protests and threats against these boys. I heard on the news, a nice tidbit; Duke's early registration for next semester is down from last year, by 20%. I hope they go bankrupt.

From what I understand, early applications for admission to Duke are off by 20 percent. That number needs to increase, and most importantly, Duke alumni need to close their checkbooks away and let it be known that those checkbooks will stay closed until Duke's administration is completely replaced.
It's not like they'd be hurting anyway - I'm sure any Ivy League school would be more than happy to have spineless PC weasels like them join their institutions.
