When I was little there were over 500,000 cases of Measles per year. Now the CDC is in a tizzy over 34?

My daughter got the measles while we were in Germany--just a couple of days before her first birthday...and I was pregnant with her brother. THAT was a worry; but I had such a high blood-serum level that the doctors weren't too upset.
