I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that in Virginia (whose flag you fly, and in which I presume that you live), no such license is necessary, or even exists. Hurrah, hurrah!!! Granted, getting a CHL is a useful thing to do even if you're not planning to go about armed all the time, but that's a different story.
Actually, I didn't assert anything. I ASSUMED, which last time I read was not a crime. I was really focusing on bad parenting in my original post, not gun law in Virginia, which as you can see, I am not an expert on. I AM an expert in parenting, as I have raised two excellent children. Ask me a question about good parenting and I will be sure to get it right.
