I know. Therein lies the problem. I only make it when it's being shared in a group. I want no leftovers in my house. I LOVE this cake. On the other hand, I always regret no leftovers. It's a lose-lose.
When I take it to my Christmas Eve party, I always leave the remainders with the hostess, then hate her for accepting my cake - LOL.
Lose, lose.
FOTFLOL! That very thought just crossed my mind.... I am sitting here thinking that the cake turned out so darn good, that maybe I would bake another for the New Year's Party and then I remembered that we always leave the left overs with the hostess....LOL.
