When Chinese THORs are raining down from a PRC Super-Orion or an unending supply of 100 ton rocks from a Chinese lunar mass-driver are slamming American cities I'm sure your unending supply of good ol American lawyers can sue them for patent infringement [except any patents will have expired decades ago] and get a restraining injunction eh? ;-)
I know it's meant to be sarcastic, but how does one sue someone from a foreign country that is communist? any lawyers trying to sue the Government or so for infringement risk losing his life. Try prosecuting an murderer legally hiding in Canada, you'd have to go to Canadian Courts first to obtain an Extradition Warrant.
