.... why are atheists dim-witted? They operate ONLY on self-centered emotion-based "rationale"
They refuse to ask ALL the right questions, therefore only find the answers to the questions that seem to suit their [intentionally] fractured worldview.

In a Pshycologist's parlor game You ask somebody what you hate most about some person or thing. The reply almost invariably is a description of their own shortcomings.
I am an atheist who married a devout Catholic and my daughter attends catholic school. I support her religious (spiritual) education at every opportunity.
Why? Well because I do believe that culture, spiritual culture especially here in the USA is closely interwoven with the national identity( to fully understand a country and people I believe your best read is to look at their approach to religion). Our laws, our government, work ethic, tolerance all derives from the spiritual aspects of religion.
I totally support spirituality aspect of religion as this is what is good about the USA, its people, culture and government and makes us who we are, the greatest nation, the greatest people on earth
Selling an idea whether it be religious, political or otherwise works best if it is one of attraction rather than confrontational. I may be dim witted but calling me(or any person who does not believe as you do) "dim witted" just reinforces negative opinions that the left capitalizes on and alienates the middle of the roaders in the culture wars.
In other words "you lost the sale" and the argument as far as the other side is concerned
And those people that have all the answers to the questions that seem to suit their [intentionally] fractured worldview can operate ONLY on a self-centered emotion-based "rationale".
IMHO
