What a jerk Brodhead is? He is Nifong's little water carrier. What he needs to say is, if Nifong has nothing more this mess MUST be dropped. Right, I have a lap top in the tv room, my office computer and a desk top in my home office so I mark them sometimes too because
1. sometimes I change computers or leave and come back hours late to a different computer.
2. two of my computers are many years old and like yours freeze up from time to time or something.

IMHO,the only person who can file a complaint against Nifong to the Bar (in this case), is the person "harmed".
There are cases where licensees have committed a felony and not reported it when updating their license and it is caught by someone else or unauthorized use of Official seals.
Usually, the review by the bar is not public. Only the results are made public.
We had five attorneys disbarred several years back. They were borrowing from excrow accounts. Five year suspensions and fines and retribution.

This is not true in NC. Anyone apparently can file a complaint with the bar.
When you have an out control DA harming the criminal justic system who is NOT harmed?
