I get those (migranes with auras) all the time. Hard to see...makes me sick to my stomache. HOWEVER, RIGHT when the aura begins, if I take 500 mg of Ibuprofen, 500 of Acetamenophen and drink a strong cup of coffee, the whole thing goes away. Poof. If I miss that window on the front end, I get the headache, the nausea...all of it.
Try adding Dramamine to settle your stomach and slightly calm you to the front end of that.
