I'm rich but not THAT rich and I don't care for the outrageous property prices here. Also, everything is more expensive than it needs to be. Yeah, you're right though - California's middle class will vanish and the state will have a thin crust of obscenely rich white liberals ruling over a mass poor black and brown population. Like in South Africa's apartheid days. White minority rule. Its not going to be the harmonious multicultural society long envisioned by the Left. Far from it.
