The Dems will then say "for the good of the country this conduct cannot be tolerated!" A few RINOS in the house shall rise above narrow party interests and in stentorian tones support the investigation and ultimate impeachment. The Senate will not convict. However, shots maybe fired opening the coming Social War.
And, once again, we have the True Believers who decided to stay at home, or vote for the Lame-o-tarians in November, rather than vote for the GOP because they didn't live up to the True Believers' views, to thank for this sorry situation.
