I just don't know why we had to have a stupid commission anyway :( I think it was Congress's idea. It's all political. Not one of their recommendations would survive in the real world.

It had to have been Congress's idea. Who else would decide "We have a problem. We should have a group of people study it for six months and then get back to us with some suggestions that we won't listen to." I hope the Pres burns that stupid report.
