Who cares? Does everything have to be a political battle? Our government does not need to be deporting wives of American citizens unless they've done something really wrong and are a threat to society. Otherwise, let the man have his wife. Go find some bad guys and deport them.

Why? Who cares who appointed him, he followed the law. There is no separate law for Republicans than for Democrats than for immigrants than for citizens.
She's married to an American citizen, unless the marriage can be proved a sham she is allowed to stay here.
