I'm sorry... but by my observation, the effects of
school bussing has lead to and assisted in the decline
and decay of once healthy African Americans. This
corrupt legislation from the tripped out 70's was
supposed to "homogenize" America. Instead bussing has
widened the culture gap and undergirded enthnic gangs
and the violence and divisiveness it spawns.
