When was the baby brought to the hospital?
I must wonder if part of the cause of death they consider is the effect of removing useful organs and body parts for recycling.

(CBS4) DRACUT A medical examiner has ordered additional testing to officially determine how 9-week-old Liam Garvey of Dracut died. The initial autopsy was performed on Saturday, officials said. The extra tests are not expected to be finished until after Christmas.
The 2-month-old boy and his twin sister were allegedly violently shaken. Liam's sister, Paige, is recovering from her injuries, which include fractures. She has been placed in foster care.
District Attorney Martha Coakley is calling this a case of shaken baby syndrome as well as homicide.
"Doctors made an appraisal of his injuries," said Coakley. "They included brain damage and skeletal fractures."
Police were called to an apartment on Frederick Street in Dracut earlier this week after receiving a 911 call. When emergency crews arrived, Liam was not breathing. He was taken to a Lowell hospital and was later transferred to the Floating Hospital for Children in Boston.
