Newt could not say NO to Bill Clinton. Clinton could call him to the white house and Newt would end up doing exactly what Clinton wanted done.
On top of that Newt was a son whose father deserted him and his step father abused both Newt and his mother. That makes him a mental twin to Bill Clinton except Clinton only lies to others. Newt only lies to himself. Newt will never as long as he lives be able to stop trying to have sex with nearly every female he meets.
Newt is not nearly as bright as Bill Clinton. Clinton married a woman who was quite willing to allow him to cheat on her. Newt marries women who expect him to be true. They go ballistic when he is not. Clinton admits to himself that he has the problem and took steps to minimize the damage he causes himself. His primary step was to marry Hillary who knew exactly what Clinton's problem was before she married Bill. Newt tells himself he does not have a problem and always promises to be true to females in his live. When caught he promises others and himself that he will not do it again. Of course Newt does do it again and he gets caught.
Newt would have sex with more subordinate employees and get caught more often than Bill Clinton ever did. And it is almost certain the House would impeach and the Senate convict Newt. Only Democrats defend immoral cheaters.
Most likely the House would impeach and the Senate convict Newt's Vice president then impeach and convict Newt. Newt has a history of selecting people who have the same problems as he does. For example Newt's number 2 in the House was Congressman Livingston who also could not keep his pants zippered. Livingston was forced to resign the day he was selected to be Newt's successor as Speaker of the house.
