Forget that stupid question. If Ark wins they go to Sugar. I think my question should have been if Ark does win, is there any chance Florida could be invited instead of LSU.?
Virtually none. Unless is a VERY close game and the voters don't drop Florida too much, to the point that LSU can't overtake them in the BCS. The thing is that if Florida loses, LSU is almost assured of an automatic BCS slot by being #4 in the BCS.

The Rose Bowl, if they lose their traditional matchup between Big 10 and Pac-10, get the first two available BCS teams of their choice. Even if USC loses to UCLA, which seems unlikely, they still get Michigan because they lost OSU to the BCS championship bowl. Then it's Michigan/USC.
If USC wins this weekend, it's hard to imagine a scenario where Florida could be a more attractive team to go against Michigan than LSU.
