Every Democratic freshman who took a Republican seat should be targeted in some way. Now.

the current House Leadership could refuse to Seat the Freshman Democrats due to the questionable counting of ballots or the critical nature of the current War on Terror.

The new House is the judge of the qualifications, elections and returns of its members. If a member-elect presents his credentials from his state, he should be seated, and any questions regarding his qualifications or election should be handled after everyone has been seated. If House members believe that the new member is not constitutionally qualified to serve in the House (i.e., he is younger than 25, or has not been a U.S. citizen for at least 7 years, or was not a resident on election day of the state he represents, or engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the U.S. or gave comfort to its enemies after having taken an oath of office), then he may be excluded by majority vote; if he meets the constitutional qualifications but House members nevertheless wish to expel him (such as for commission of a crime), he may be expelled by a 2/3 vote.
