No, dammit, SOME parents should think a little more about their kids!!!!!!!! The only reason Government likes to get involved in situations such as these is because SOME PARENTS WON'T DO WHAT IS RIGHT ON THEIR OWN so the Government uses these opportunities to enact nanny-state legislature.
