"Happy" all right. They are happy that Republicans lost control of the Senate, but 49 seats are too many. Losing more RINOS in the next two elections would bring Republicans down to about 30 and really make them happy. They wouldn't be able to filibuster anything and the 'Rats would have total control, but those RINOS would have been taught a lesson and that's the most important thing.
