I know. This has been rather ridiculus and sad at the same time.
Surely at this point he must realize force must be applied to prove they are dead serious about ending both the sectarian problem as well as the insurgency in general.
They keep pussy footing around. Why he cannot state he agrees with the US policy, and is not a puppet of the US is beyond me. That is, is he really serious about ending all the blood shed. Perhaps this is a major move getting rid of a lot of people that are not going along with a more elaborate program they want to put in place.
Perhaps is the best I would venture. To many arguments we can use to show he could be just full of hot air.

Its very simple follow my thoughts:
1. He cannot say that over there for fear of his life!
2. He is doing his job as he sees fit to?
3. His country has been a dictatorship since 1937!
4. First he has to have a Police Dept that can keep him safe!
5. Then and only then can he say such things.
6. He is starting to travel abroad to have talks with his neighbors.
7. He needs to cut down on outside influiences.
8. Give hime some slack more people voted in Iraq then in the usa! so cut the guy some slack......
