Didn't suspect number 4 get away? In which case, the notion that the group was unarmed most certainly is in dispute.

Yes, still in dispute, and those aren't the only relevant facts that determine if this is justified action by the cops.

Yep- according to NYPD policy, a vehicle used to assault an officer does not merit deadly force....

Although, if someone is trying to mram me with a car, I would consider them armed.

And you go and intentionally strike someone with a car and see if you don't get charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

There are plenty of situations like that where a police shooting would be justified—I'm eager to hear the cops' side of the story. Also, if a shooting is justified, why does it matter if one shot is fired or a hundred?

Of course, the Great Racist Al Sharpton is front and center, inciting mass hatred when he still doesn't have a clue what went down.
