Hmmmm. Penney's? I lived a mile from the Plaza, but I don't remember Penney's ever being there. It has changed a zillion times since then. There was a Macy's, till that bunch left the state. There was even a Sears and a bowling alley and a Dime Store! (none of which you will find there now...noses MUST be pointed UP!)

Well, it has been a few years! Maybe it was Sears or Macy's. I know they had a kiddie train at Easter too!
