How interesting. It never occurred to me that anyone actually lived in GMT! But you knew Britain and Ireland are in the same time zone, right? ;)
Do you have Daylight Savings time, or stay at the same time year-round?
Yes, both countries do - the time changes around the Equinoxes, I think it's the times in the year as the US?

We change in spring and fall, but I'm not sure how close to the equinxes. I wish we could shift a half-hour and then stay there!

Yes, both countries do - the time changes around the Equinoxes, I think it's the times in the year as the US? Not all countries change at the same time. In fact I think the US is changing (again) next year.
It was real fun when I was trying to track New Zealand time relative to mine. They changed at different times, and in different directions, so there were 4 time offsets (and/or when they occurred) I had to remember.
