I like your solutions to the immigration problem. You're very specific in discussing what the Federal government can do, which is helpful. Many of the problems, such as failure to prosecute employers of illegals, provision of welfare benefits, and so on, develop at the state and local level; however, there are useful recourses available to the Feds, if they had the will.
