I don't think there is any question that if Tancredo runs as a 3rd party, he will take more than 3% and less than 10%. 75% of that will be from the Republican nominee. That will ensure a Democrat victory.

Whose fault will this be? Well, not Tancredo's really. He is just playing a role that is entirely predictible. The fault will lie with those who ignored what every good poll will tell you is the second most important issue on the minds of voters in fly over country, second only to WOT (and actually inseparable from that, if you think about it).

I'm not nearly as hawkish as Tom on the border. But I have a hard time getting mad at him. He's just doing his deal and responding to a real crisis in big government/corporate Republicanism brought to us by GWB and many others.

If the GOP loses b/c of his 3rd party run, we only have ourselves to blame.

LOL! He will get 10 times the vote pat buchanan got in 2000, while buchanan had $12,000,000 in taxpayers money to play with(from the Reform Party).
