I think Richards' is fundamentally a conservative because he betrayed his frustration at how stuck on stupid the Katrina blacks were. But he still doesn't recognize that liberalism is a handicap.
The blame for Katrina lies squarely on Liberalim... not Bush!

Isn't it amazing that Alabama, Mississippi and Florida managed their Katrina devestation just fine. Bush only singled out New Orleans?????????????????????
Texas managed Hurricane Rita just fine too.
Somehow the very idea that any of the harm that came to the people in New Orleans is anyone's fault but the Governor of that state is simply WRONG
