Actors, musicians, and models have also flocked to Miami. I guess they fall under the "hookers" you mentioned though. They just don't do their job IN Miami.

I didn't mean "Miami", though from what I see posted that ain't so safe either - my specific reference was to "Miami-Dade".

And I believe the actors, etc you mentioned are going to Miami Beach - which is practically a Gated Community - not "Miami".
