It's been years since I've been able to converse with the water cooler crowd about anything on regular TV. I don't know that it has anything to do with my being a so-called baby boomer, most of regular TV is junk.

Now, you want to talk football, Discovery Channel or History Channel and I'm all over it.

Discontent with what passes for "entertainment" these days has nothing to do with age. Chronologically speaking, that is.
