When I have my sliding windows open the neighbor's smoke comes in my house [they do not allow people to smoke in their home].

It's awful. I must get up and talk to them which is always unpleasant ... then I have to close my windows to get relief.

I feel the same way about neighbor's music.

Wow you actually have to get up off of the couch and walk a few feed to close the window for 5 minutes!! Then you have to have an unpleasant conversation (bitching is usually unpleasant)! It's a good thing they don't allow people to smoke in thier own apt./home. I can imagine the slight inconveniences letting people smoke in thier place might pose to you. You have a right not to be inconvenienced! Go fight for it!!
