Sisayehiticha Dinssa, an unemployed U.S. citizen, was arrested Tuesday after a dog caught the scent of narcotics on cash he was carrying, according to an affidavit filed in court.
Tells me that the cash more than likely came from a drug deal and that there was probable cause to check the rest. The nuke info was just icing on the cake.
Actually, cocaine is pretty much on all money. It becomes like the metal strip in bills. If you have enough bills, there will be a lot of metal for detectors. Likewise, if you have a lot of bills, there will be a lot of cocaine for a dog to detect.
I swear it is almost as though the government put it there on purpose.
