What is this article telling us??? Other than it's apparently illegal to carry U.S. currency and visit websites about nuclear weapons? What's an unemployed Nigerian (one suspects Islamic, but maybe not) doing in Detroit, carrying the scent of narcotics, a huge sum of cash, and a laptop containing information on nukes and poisons?
If nothing else, that sounds like a guy who needs to be checked out.
