Do you have the numbers of the "stay-at-home" crowd. I keep reading about them as cause for this election but no data demonstrating that enough did in fact stay-at-home to have changed the results.

What I have read was the vast majority of the middle of the road, moderate, independent voters, voted for liberals. And the liberals had ballot initiatives in key states for raising the minimum wage which ensured the UNIONS got out their voters.

There was a study that Republicans reversed the usual numbers and stayed home. The media was actively downplayng any chance of a Repub win ... and they achieved what they wanted.
