Video Records Teen Violence
Memphis, Tenn. (WHBQ)- It's alarming video of the type of senseless violence which too many times finds our children relegated to the roles of helpless victims at the hands of people their own age. Wayward youth with their own savage agendas and the kinds of warped mentalities that even Memphis police admit they don't understand. Some of the scenes are quite disturbing.
