Mr. Borat is fictional. Mr. Cohen is responsible for his own actions and the Romanian adults are responsible for theirs. If they have some grounds for breach of contract or fraud, they can take him to court. If they think they look stupid for doing what they agreed to do, that is their problem.
You seem to think that sinse they are poor, they should be treated like children. They signed the release and took their pay. The poor in Romania are just as beholden to legally binding contracts as the rich of England.

You attempt to change the subject to the "rights of man" when what happened was a rich liar went to a really sad and destitute place, he acted like their friend and made asses of them.
