Hollywood today is an inbred, incestuous clique of silly celebrities and faux artists who too often produce obviously leftist propaganda rather than a simple, good story.

The occasional gem comes down the pike, but by and large, the movies today are on par with the Head On commercial.

I'd rather sit back and watch Bogie or the Duke.

I'd rather dream about Veronica Lake or Lauren Bacall than any of the collagen/silcon augmented actresses in the spotlight these days.

Thanks. It's sad really. I haven't gone to the movies since, well, I can't remember. It's just not worth it to me. Like you said, it's only once in a while a really good movie comes out. I prefer to just rent a good old movie.
